QUESTIONS

Common questions about punch lists

The short answers are below. Anything else, send it with your quote request.

What is a handyman punch list?

A punch list is one request that covers several small tasks instead of a single repair — for example loose door hardware, a patched wall, a shelf that needs mounting, and a few touch-up items in the same home. You send the list, and Rick can confirm the scope and scheduling.

Can punch-list tasks be in different rooms or on different floors?

Yes. Punch-list items are usually spread through a home. Include every task and its location in your request so Rick can plan the visit realistically.

Do you take punch-list work for rentals?

Yes. RicksFixInit serves residential and rental properties across Bay County, including long-term rentals and short-term rentals that need upkeep, small repairs, and punch-list items between guests or tenants.

How is punch-list work billed?

Most work is billed hourly with no trip fee and a 2-hour minimum once a scheduled job is started. Billing covers jobsite time only, and estimates, research, and material shopping are not billed.
